Jacqueline graduated from Scot Lewis in 2003, starting her career with Simonson’s Salon and Spa in 2007. After a decade working behind the chair building a successful following, she had a career altering experience in 2017 following a team meeting featuring Summit founder, Michael Cole. It was his message that empowered her to take control of her career and earning potential. She was gifted a Summit planner and quickly began seeing success by “Planning the Day”.  These small changes allowed her to become more proactive in servicing her current and new guests effectively and effortlessly.

She began teaching a colleague to ‘Plan the Day’ and through the experience of empowering another to experience the same level of success, it was clear she needed to share her knowledge and gift of empowering others.
