Macy started her career with Simonson’s as an Aesthetician in 2020. Prior to joining the team, her work experience included customer service, management, and receiving her education from Aveda Institute of Aesthetics. Macy is seasoned in the beauty industry and has advanced her role with Simonson’s as a Guest Service Representative (GSR) Educator with a passion for teaching and learning industry growth.

Being promoted to GSR Educator in September of 2022 gave Macy a platform to train and mentor Guest Service team members to become key players in each guests’ experience of “perpetual renewal”. Macy has a comprehensive understanding of services, advanced product knowledge and training across departments giving her a unique ability to communicate effectively and provide top notch guest service. Her kind and patient demeanor is enjoyed by both guests and fellow team members alike.

When Macy is out of the salon you will find her doing all things DIY, arts and crafts, spending time with her friends and caring for her two little kitties.
