Rotating 3S Manager

With a master’s degree in organizational leadership, over 15 years of experience working as a student advisor, and almost 7 years as a restaurant owner, Tamera brings a unique blend of leadership, creativity, and operational management to her role as a Rotating Manger with Simonson’s.

Tamera’s career has been defined by a passion for fostering meaningful relationships which drove the success of the students she worked with as an advisor, as well as the staff she managed at her restaurant.

Tamera has always been a strong advocate for self-care and the beauty industry.  In fact, her motto has always been, “When you look good… you feel good. When you feel good…you do good, and when you do good…good things come back to you.”

In her spare time, she enjoys writing poetry and short stories. She even has a children’s book in production that is set to be released in 2025. Tamera is also an avid traveler and especially enjoys cruising, but loves a good road trip as well. When she is not busy with those things, she loves to spend time with family and friends going on new adventures or just hanging out and enjoying each other’s company.

Tamera joined the Simonson’s team in 2024 and looks forward to positively contributing to the team’s personal and professional success together.
