Aesthetics Educator

Vivien graduated in 1993 from the Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute and began to pursue her career in Aesthetics. Her passion for all things beauty began at a young age when her mother gifted her a book about make-up artistry, sparking her to pursue a fulfilling career as an Aesthetician.

Vivien’s extensive experience includes previously working as a Lead Aesthetician in treatment development. This helped foster an excellence in her work, particularly in the area of customer service and focused solutions. She pursued her passion as a Spa Director in elite Medical and Resort and Skin Spas, leading interest to medical treatment modalities that deliver appreciable results.

As Aesthetics Educator at Simonson’s Salon and Spa, she’s paying it forward though a rewarding role training and mentoring new Aestheticians. It is her goal to actively pursue excellence though continued learning, personalized treatment combinations and home care recommendations with a progressive results-driven approach.

In her spare time she enjoys testing new recipes, reading historical fiction, and enjoying cozy nights at home with her husband and dogs.
