You can get a facial as often as you’d like! Having a facial is a great way to relieve stress and feel renewed afterwards.
Our aestheticians recommend having a facial every 4 to 6 weeks or every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your skin conditions and the results you’re trying to achieve. If you’re looking for a more intermittent approach, seasonal facials every 3 to 4 months with the “change of seasons” should be scheduled at minimum. The sooner we start taking care of our skin, the longer it will look healthy and youthful.
Many times, guests do a lot of breaking down of the skin, but they neglect to feed their skin or build it back up. Please don’t do this! To achieve and maintain healthy skin, you must do something good for your skin if you do any breaking down. For example, if you wash your skin and remove the oils that protect it then you must put something on it so that it is protected. If you have a skin peel or microdermabrasion, you must feed the skin so that it has what it needs to take care of the new fresh skin that is coming up to the surface. Rhonda Allison Growth Factor or a serum is needed along with a moisturizer. Compare this process to working out all the time but never feeding your body to build up the energy that you need to function. No food = no energy. No energy = no function.
